Aurel, un ceasornicar în vârstă, își duce existența solitară în atelierul său, înconjurat de ceasuri care par să măsoare mai mult decât timpul. Într-o zi, primește un ceas misterios, spart, însoțit de un mesaj criptic: „Nu-l mai întoarce.” Pe măsură ce încearcă să-l repare, timpul devine fluid, iar trecutul îi bântuie conștiința. Printr-o serie de flashback-uri dureroase, Aurel retrăiește momentele în care alegerile sale l-au îndepărtat de cei dragi.

Ceasul enigmatic devine cheia pentru a înfrunta regretele și pentru a găsi o posibilă cale spre reconciliere. Între halucinații și amintiri, Aurel descoperă un mesaj ascuns care îl forțează să privească adevărul în față: la ora 7:37, cândva, a făcut o alegere care a schimbat totul.

Acum, într-o ultimă clipă de luciditate, Aurel primește o scrisoare de la fiica sa, oferindu-i șansa să repare legătura cu ea.
